• Upper floor: kitchen, dining and living area with a sofa bed, 32" Smart TV; BBQ area.

• Lower floor: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed for 2 and 32" Smart TV; the other with 3 beds (a bunk bed for 2 + a single bed); laundry room, 1 bathroom, and a terrace/deck; everything with Lake Nahuel Huapi views.

• Heating on both floors: gas heaters.

• Alarm system.

• Stairs access; not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Sleeps 2 / 4 / 6 guests
