Do you accept pets?
Yes, we allow one small pet per unit. An additional fee applies, along with care conditions and a security deposit.
Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is not included. Each unit is fully equipped so you can prepare your own breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.
Do you offer housekeeping service?
Cleaning is done at the end of your stay. Daily housekeeping and towel changes are not included during your stay, but you can request them for an additional fee.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: until 10:00 AM
If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please ask us (subject to availability).
Is smoking allowed inside the accommodation?
No. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas. Please keep the space clean and respect the natural surroundings.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Direct bookings are non-refundable, but you can reschedule your stay within the same year, subject to availability and the current rate.
Is the security deposit refunded?
Yes. The security deposit is refunded on the same day of check-out if the unit is returned in good condition, with no damage or missing items, and house rules are respected.
Is the accommodation responsible for my belongings?
No. Each guest is responsible for personal belongings during their stay. If you forget something, we will keep it for a reasonable time, but we cannot guarantee its preservation.
Do you offer excursions?
You can ask us about excursions. With your reservation, we can help you with recommendations, including transfers and car rentals.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, deposit, credit card (with surcharge), Mercado Pago, and for international reservations, Western Union.
Is there a hair dryer?
Yes, available upon request. Please let us know in advance.
Do you have a restaurant, spa, or pool?
No, we do not offer those services.
