Cancellations (direct bookings)

• Payments made are non-refundable.

• We offer to reschedule your stay within the same calendar year, subject to availability and the current rate.

• Bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking, Despegar, Airbnb) are governed by the policies published on those platforms.

Late cancellations and early departure

• For late cancellations (outside the allowed cancellation window) before check-in, we charge 100% of the amount paid, with the option to reschedule (subject to availability and the current rate).

• There are no refunds for early departure. Exceptional cases may be reviewed case by case.

Date changes

• Date changes can be requested up to 1 day before check-in, subject to availability and the current rate.

• If the new dates have a higher rate, the guest must pay the difference.
