Schedule

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

• Check-out: until 10:00 AM.

• You may request an early check-in or late check-out by paying the corresponding extra fee, subject to availability.

• Quiet hours: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM to 10:00 AM (please avoid loud noise).

Pets

• One (1) small pet per unit is allowed (dogs only).

• An additional fee applies.

• Pets must be domesticated, kept under control, and cannot be left alone in the accommodation.

• Please bring your pet’s own bed. Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.

• A security deposit applies and is refunded if the accommodation is returned clean and in good condition (special attention to pet hair).

Entrance gate

• Please keep the gate closed at all times.

Linens and towels

• We provide bed and bath linens (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, bedspread, towels) for indoor use only.

• Towels must not be used to clean surfaces, floors, dishes, or anything else.

• Any damaged or missing linen must be replaced or paid for.

• Linen changes are not included. If needed, they can be arranged in advance and paid at the current rate.

• Avoid products that may stain or damage linens (hair dye, tanning products, makeup, shoe cleaning, etc.).

• Do not place towels on top of heaters.

Water and electricity

• Please use facilities and electrical appliances responsibly. We would appreciate it if you notify us of any water leak or any other issue.

Waste disposal

• Dispose of paper and all waste in a bag inside the trash bin. Do not leave accumulated garbage. Please take it to the bins at the entrance (parking area).

Smoking policy

• Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. Please keep the area clean and respect the natural surroundings. Make sure cigarette butts are fully extinguished and disposed of properly.

• When using the BBQ grill, please be careful, avoid excess smoke, and pay special attention to nearby branches and trees to prevent any fire risk.

Heaters

• Please keep heaters on pilot mode. When you are not in the unit, do not turn them off, including at the end of your stay.

Parties and events

• Family celebrations or small gatherings are allowed with prior notice, respecting other guests and avoiding loud music.

• For groups of friends, parties and loud music are not allowed.

• Daytime social events may be requested and are evaluated case by case.

Maximum occupancy

• Apartments F-6 and B-2: up to 2 guests each.

• Apartments A-1, C-3 and E-5: up to 5 guests each.

• Apartment D-4: up to 4 guests.

• Cabin Aukan: up to 6 guests.

• Cabin Likankura: up to 12 guests.

Visitors

• Visitors are allowed only within a specific time window and you must inform us of their details in advance.

• Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.

Use of shared facilities

• Shared BBQ grills are free to use. Guests coordinate among themselves.

• Wi-Fi is available, with no specific restrictions.

Parking policy

1. Please send your license plate number upon arrival (via WhatsApp).

2. Park inside the yellow lines.

3. Two cars per unit: if your group arrives in two vehicles, the first must park in the designated spot, and the second behind it, without blocking other spaces (each unit has one space).

4. If you cannot park due to poorly parked vehicles, send a photo via WhatsApp so we can identify the owner and resolve it.

5. These rules are intended to keep parking organized and comfortable for everyone.

Lost items and responsibility

• Please keep shared areas tidy. AUCAPILLÁN is not responsible for the loss of jewelry, money, documents, or valuables of any kind.

Check-out

• Cleaning: please leave the apartment/cabin clean and tidy. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

• Dishes: please leave them clean for the next guest.

• Any damage to furniture, equipment, or the property is the guest’s responsibility and must be replaced or paid for.
