At Aucapillán Accommodation, we aim to ensure a safe, comfortable stay in harmony with the natural surroundings. For that reason, we set the following conditions:

Personal belongings

• Each guest is responsible for the safekeeping of their belongings.

• We are not responsible for loss, misplacement, or theft of valuables inside the accommodation or in common areas.

• We recommend not leaving valuables in plain sight or outside the designated areas.

Responsible use of resources and facilities

•We ask guests to use water, electricity, and heating responsibly, helping to protect the environment.

• Throwing trash in unauthorized areas is not allowed.

• When taking out the trash, it is mandatory to properly close the bin lid to prevent littering and to keep the surroundings clean.

•Please respect and take care of common areas, furniture, and the property’s facilities.
